NOISE COMPLAINT II: THE NEIGHBOURS ARE AT IT AGAIN

January 20, 2017 – Trump was sworn into office. We all felt a little worried about what was to come, but decided to focus that worry into a concert/fundraiser, with the hopes of spreading a little joy into a scary world. Wellllllllllll… time to spread more joy! Please join us on January 20, 2025 as we once again send a message to our neighbours in the south that the oligarchs will not determine how we live. We can choose to love and support one another. They might not listen, but at least we can remind ourselves of that. Music, comedy, and a good cause. All proceeds go to Clan Mothers Healing Village!

You know those cajons that are like, double cajons?

We’ve been in the studio recently recording our first full length album – with two cajon players: Jane (who just finished up a smashing run at PTE with Outside Joke’s Christmas Miracle), and Laura (pictured here on the left next to Stephanie Sy and Rhea Rodych-Rasidescu), who opens Waitress at RMTC this week!

What do you call half a Fu Fu?

Thank you to Earl Palansky for taking our picture at the Rady Social Club! The five of us had a blast – though maybe the necrophilia song was not the best choice for a lunch time concert?

And Fun Was Had By All

A big thank you to Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls, the Moose ‘N Fiddle Festival and Denise Lysak for inviting us back – we had simply the best time, and possibly our favourite sound check ever! (Photos by Bill Stunden)
